We track every order and give you an ETA. If the order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, contact us. If lost, we can ship a replacement or contact the delivery company on your behalf. We are not responsible for stolen packages during delivery. Please include any special delivery directions (i.e. place inside door, or deliver to back door) to help ensure delivery.
